Prepares the annual plan and budget of the work process and distributes it to the coordinators and executors at every level and monitors and evaluates the performance.
Work process coordinators and executors at every level will submit their initial annual plans; Receive periodic reports on their performance; When necessary, corrective action will be taken
Prepares a report on the work process plan execution and service delivery and submits it to the relevant party.
Performs other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
